What You'll Do

As a member of BCG’s Digital Marketing team, you will play a key role in continuously improving BCG.com, our primary digital content platform. Working with the Digital Content Director, you will execute global priorities that strengthen the quality, discoverability, and effectiveness of our website content while helping create a more connected experience across the broader customer journey.

You will take a global, end-to-end view of how content is developed, optimized, and experienced across BCG’s digital presence. You will bring together insights from performance data, evolving search and AI-driven discovery behaviors, user experience principles, and digital content practices to identify opportunities for improvement. You will also help strengthen the processes and cross-functional ways of working that enable teams to deliver high-quality content efficiently and consistently.

  • Drive global website content optimization initiatives aligned with priorities established by the Digital Content Director.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content quality, discoverability, and user experience using performance insights and evolving search behaviors.
  • Connect website optimization with relevant search, social, and email touchpoints to support a cohesive customer journey.
  • Partner across Digital Marketing, Global Marketing, Practice Areas, and other teams to coordinate priorities, dependencies, and delivery.
  • Manage complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution, maintaining clear timelines, responsibilities, risks, and outcomes.
  • Develop and share practical guidance that strengthens digital content practices and cross-functional ways of working globally.
  • Support website taxonomy and content governance, incorporating commercial priorities, discoverability standards, and user experience principles.
  • Communicate progress, insights, risks, and recommendations clearly to marketing colleagues and senior leaders.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital content strategy and execution, with significant focus on website content.
  • Strong digital content and search expertise, including an understanding of evolving AI-driven search and discoverability.
  • Advanced project and program management skills, with experience delivering complex, concurrent initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Ability to use digital performance data and insights to identify opportunities and inform content decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex information clear and actionable.
  • Experience working across matrixed organizations, building relationships and influencing colleagues without formal authority.

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of BCG’s global Digital Marketing organization, within the Content Discoverability team, and report to the Digital Content Director. You will work closely with colleagues across Digital Marketing and Global Marketing, including Practice Area marketing teams, local marketing teams, Specialty Businesses, and Content Studio, as well as digital experts across web, website development, customer experience, and user experience. Together, these teams collaborate to strengthen BCG’s digital content and create connected experiences across the customer journey.
