Location: Newport/Cardiff or Manchester

What you'll be doing

Do you enjoy turning complex information into digital experiences that are simple, useful and easy to act on? This is an opportunity to shape the online experience for customers and businesses using Black Horse, Lex Autolease and Tusker. You'll help ensure the right information is available at the right time, making it easier for people to understand vehicle finance and leasing products, complete tasks online and find support when they need it.

As a Digital Content Manager, you'll own and continually improve content across Blackhorse.co.uk, Lexautolease.co.uk and secure online services. Working closely with subject matter experts, UX and design teams, analytics colleagues, platform teams and risk and control partners, you'll create and optimise digital content that balances customer needs with commercial, operational and regulatory requirements.

You'll be responsible for taking content from initial brief through to publication and performance review. That means shaping requirements, writing and editing content, preparing CMS updates, carrying out quality assurance checks, monitoring results and identifying opportunities to improve customer journeys. You'll also play an important role in helping colleagues translate complex product, service and regulatory information into clear, accessible language that customers can easily understand and use.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
