About the Role

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Digital Content Marketing Apprentice to support the creation and management of engaging digital content across Procure Smart and Spennymoor Town FC (STFC).

The successful candidate will play a key role in capturing, creating and distributing high-quality content that strengthens brand awareness, supports recruitment and employer branding, and drives engagement across both organisations.

A full, clean UK driving licence is essential, as the role will involve regular travel between our Sunderland HQ, Manchester, Newcastle, Brewery Field, customer sites, events and other locations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, capture and create engaging photo and video content across a range of locations, including offices, customer sites, events, meetings and STFC matchdays.
  • Create and edit both short-form and long-form video content for social media, websites and other digital platforms.
  • Develop and schedule content for Procure Smart's Instagram channels, with a particular focus on company culture, employer branding and recruitment.
  • Support the planning, creation and publishing of social media content across STFC's digital channels, including matchday and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Repurpose existing content into different formats and platform-specific edits to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Create a variety of content, including interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, promotional campaigns, matchday content and creative short-form videos.
  • Ensure content is tailored to the requirements, audience and best practices of each platform while maintaining consistent brand standards.
  • Monitor social media trends, emerging formats and audience behaviour to identify new content opportunities and develop fresh creative ideas.
  • Maintain organised media libraries, digital assets and content archives.
  • Provide general marketing support across both organisations and contribute to campaigns, special projects and wider marketing initiatives.
  • Attend events, matchdays and off-site opportunities to capture content as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
