Digital Content & Marketing Executive

We're looking for a creative, ambitious, and digitally-savvy Digital Content & Marketing Executive (who loves to eat and drink!) to take ownership of our digital channels at East Coast Concepts.

You'll be responsible for driving awareness of our brands, growing engagement with new and existing guests, and supporting conversion across social, our websites, and email.

This is a content-first role, so social will still be the heart of what you do, but with room to grow into the wider digital toolkit alongside it because an understanding and appreciation of how social feeds the other channels is important.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social (core to the role)

  • Full day-to-day management of our social channels across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Plan, create, edit, and schedule engaging content across all platforms.
  • Lead community management - interacting with our audience, encouraging engagement, and maximising opportunities through DMs and comments.
  • Assist with simple design tasks, e.g. menu graphics and social assets.
  • Identify, manage, and report on influencer partnerships.
  • Act as the digital voice of our brands, nurturing our community and ensuring brand consistency.

Website & Email (part of the role from day one)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Make regular updates to our websites in WordPress - menu changes, page content, and basic on-page SEO.
  • Build and send email campaigns, from one-off sends to supporting existing CRM journeys.

Strategy & Growth

  • Work alongside the Head of Marketing to help develop and execute content strategies that elevate our digital presence.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, analysing competitors and market insights to refine our approach.
  • Take on increasing ownership of the website and email channels as you grow into the role.

About You

  • A vibrant, outgoing personality with a passion for food, drink, entertainment, and storytelling.
  • A digital-first thinker with a history of growing and managing social accounts within hospitality and lifestyle.
  • A creative storyteller who knows how to put together compelling video, photo, and written content that stops people scrolling.
  • Comfortable picking up new tools and systems - you don't need loads of WordPress/CRM experience on day one, but you're not put off by the idea of learning them.
  • A strategic thinker who can balance creativity with commercial objectives.
  • Able to keep up in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where creativity and reactivity are key.
  • Basic Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign or Canva - beneficial but not essential.
  • Confident in front of the camera and video voiceovers - a plus, but again not essential.
  • Ambitious, with the drive to take on broader digital marketing responsibility and develop into a Digital Marketing Manager role over time.
  • Driving licence and car preferred but not essential.
