Job Description:

We’re looking for a Digital Content Officer who’s interested in planning and building website and app content for our TKMaxx brand (UK, Germany and Austria).

You’ll be joining our dynamic Digital Content team, which sits as part of the wider Digital Commerce function. The team is currently made up of 9 people and is a mix of managers, officers and assistants, who work together closely embodying values of strong relationships, mutual support and collaboration.

  • Work with our Content Management System (CMS) to develop and implement digital content for three countries (UK, DE, AT) across web, mobile and apps.
  • Partner with the Online Trading team to translate the product trading calendar into content plans for websites and apps (Homepage, Category Landing Pages, Cross selling banners etc.)
  • Take a data-driven approach to analyse and understand which content performs best and why, making recommendations to improve content including testing opportunities.
  • Proactively monitor and own defects and enhancements to the CMS, partnering with IT and key partners within Digital Commerce.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing to ensure the content strategy aligns with SEO, omnichannel and digital media strategies.
  • Work with peers and Manager to proactively build out the content production process and workflows to ensure we’re creating the highest quality content, in the most efficient way.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience working with CMS platforms in an eCommerce environment is essential
  • A solid grasp of on-page SEO and a bonus if you know your way around basic HTML.
  • A data-driven mindset—you love diving into analytics to inform decisions.
  • A natural collaborator and communicator who builds great relationships across teams.
  • A passion for digital content, storytelling, and continuous improvement.
