Employment: Full-time

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Logistics Business Media is looking for a creative, organised and technically confident Digital Content Producer to join our team.

Working closely with our Digital Production Director, you will help create, manage and publish content across our digital channels. This is a varied, hands-on production role combining videography, video editing, podcast production, website publishing, news, social media, panel sessions and live streaming.

Videography is a core part of the role, so you should be confident both behind the camera and in the edit.

The role

You will be involved in:

  • Planning, setting up and recording professional video content, including interviews, podcasts, panel sessions, events and other editorial or commercial productions.
  • Editing both long-form and short-form video content for our website and social media channels.
  • Assisting with the management, recording, editing and publishing of our weekly Logistics Business Conversations podcast.
  • Helping to set up, produce, monitor, record and edit live and pre-recorded panel sessions and streamed content.
  • Managing the flow of news content on LogisticsBusiness.com, including preparing, editing, formatting and publishing stories.
  • Writing and adapting news stories, website content, podcast and video descriptions, social copy and other editorial material.
  • Publishing and maintaining news stories, features, podcasts, videos and other digital content.
  • Optimising content for SEO, including headlines, metadata, keyphrases, internal linking and general on-page optimisation.
  • Creating and publishing social content across channels including LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Identifying strong moments from longer productions and turning them into engaging content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other social channels.
  • Repurposing podcasts, interviews, panel sessions, news stories and features across multiple digital platforms.
  • Producing or adapting straightforward graphics, thumbnails and other visual assets.
  • Helping manage production schedules to ensure content is prepared, published and promoted accurately and on time.
  • Working with our editorial, sales and production teams on both editorial and commercial projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
