Role: Digital Content Producer
Location: London, UK / Amsterdam, Netherlands / Dubai, UAE
Reports To: Digital Product & Growth Manager
Employment Type: Part Time (24 - 32 hours)
Salary: £35-£42 FTE (Pro-rated from 40 hours)
Role Overview
The Digital Content Producer is responsible for turning Sanctum's extensive library of photography, video and creative assets into engaging, high-performing content across Sanctum's organic and paid digital channels.
Working closely with the Marketing, Content & Talent, Partnerships and Operations teams, this role owns the day-to-day production and optimisation of Sanctum's digital content, from editing existing footage and creating platform-specific content to coordinating photographers and videographers across markets.
The role combines hands-on creative production with strong awareness of social and digital trends. The Digital Content Producer should be someone who naturally sees opportunities for content, brings ideas to the team and understands how to turn a single piece of source material into multiple compelling assets across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Google and future channels.
The role will also play an important part in capturing Sanctum in real time, attending key experiences and events to create social-first content that can be published while the experience is happening.
This is not a role for someone who waits for a brief. We are looking for a highly creative, culturally curious individual who is constantly looking at what is happening across social, spotting opportunities for Sanctum and bringing ideas into the business.

- Understanding what drives engagement across different platforms.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
