As we continue to evolve our digital presence, we’re looking for a Digital Content Producer to create high-impact content that brings our colleague experience to life.
This is a hands-on, creative role where you’ll produce engaging, high-quality digital content across internal platforms, helping to connect, inform and inspire a large, diverse and frontline workforce.
The Role
You’ll lead the creation and delivery of compelling digital content across our key engagement platform, MyCompass (powered by WorkJam), ensuring content is creative, relevant and drives measurable engagement.
Working closely with teams across Communications, HR and Operations, you’ll turn business updates and initiatives into engaging stories and visual content that employees actually want to consume.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
- Produce high-quality digital content including graphics, video, animations, presentations and interactive posts
- Bring campaigns, colleague stories and business updates to life through engaging storytelling
- Deliver end-to-end content — from concept through to final production

Content Planning & Engagement
- Support delivery of a structured content calendar aligned to business priorities
- Ensure content is audience-focused, engaging and optimised for internal digital channels
- Help drive engagement across a dispersed workforce of 55,000+ colleagues
Platform & Performance
- Publish and optimise content on MyCompass, making full use of platform capabilities
- Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve content performance
- Support improvements to user experience and accessibility
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with HR, Communications, Operations and wider teams to shape content requirements
- Translate complex business updates into clear, engaging formats
- Work with external creative agencies where required
Brand & Quality
- Maintain brand consistency across all content
- Champion best practice in digital content creation
- Continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to improve engagement

What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Experience producing digital content across internal communications or engagement platforms
- Strong creative skillset across Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro / After Effects)
- Experience of creating a content plan/calendar
- Proven ability to create engaging visual and multimedia content
- Understanding of digital storytelling, UX principles and audience engagement
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across multiple teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Experience working with large, frontline or operational workforces
- Familiarity with WorkJam or similar digital engagement platforms
- Experience using digital analytics or CMS tools
- Strong copywriting or editing skills
