ROLE PURPOSE
The Digital Content Producer is responsible for creating, managing, and publishing high-quality audiovisual content across Turing's digital channels. From concept to delivery, the role leads the production of video, audio, and multimedia content that brings the Turing's work, values, and impact to life ensuring every piece is engaging, on-brand, and optimised for its intended platform and audience.
Working collaboratively across the communications and engagement directorate, the role plays a key part in shaping how the Turing tells its story through moving image and sound, supporting everything from short-form social content to longer-form documentary and event coverage.
YOUR PROFILE
We're wanting to hear from people who have considerable experience in developing video and digital media strategies, and then seeing those projects through to delivery. You'll utilise your expert knowledge to guide stakeholders to ensure video shoots, live streams, and content are as best as they can be, editing post-production using Adobe Premiere and After Effects - so we're looking for those that have a real interest in this, especially those with skills around post-production and sound design. You'll also have a broad knowledge of media law - particularly copyright, as well as ethical considerations regarding video and audio.

Essentially you'll be leading on video shoots and content to put across the Turing in the best way possible, influencing how best we can do that including organising shoots, advising on lighting, sound, and script writing. We already have a studio which you'll be able to make your own, as well as equipment on site.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Lead effective scoping and project management of core Turing system enhancements and supplementary system and AI tooling implementations, delivering to agreed scope, timelines, and budget.
- Maintain a strategic, high-level view of project progress and produce clear, insightful reports for senior management.
- Plan and coordinate resources, including task management of assigned project team members.
- Manage relationships with external consultants, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Adapt to shifting priorities, evolving project scopes, and unforeseen challenges, providing robust and pragmatic solutions.
- Ensure that change-related risks are understood and mitigated by stakeholders.
- Apply best-practice change management methodologies to assess change impact, organisational readiness, and user adoption needs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
