Digital Content Producer/Editor
We are looking for a highly creative, hands-on, social-first Digital Content Producer/Editor to shoot, edit and shape video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The right candidate will be capable of taking content from idea/rushes through to publication across both short-form social and longer-form YouTube digital video.
Essential
- Deep understanding of platform-native creative with first-hand experience making content for multiple platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn and a strong instinct for how storytelling, pacing, visual language, and treatment need to differ for each.
- Strong creative and visual judgement: able to shape how an idea or editorial objective is realized, rather than simply execute a brief.
- Confident self-shooter, particularly with lightweight setups, with enough camera, audio, and lighting knowledge to produce professional-quality content independently.
- Strong contributor skills
- Sound editorial judgement and a genuine interest in politics and current affairs, with the maturity to work confidently with politically sensitive, contested, or nuanced subject matter.
- Audience-led, test-and-learn mindset, able to use performance data and audience analytics to shape creative decisions.
- Fast, proactive, collaborative, and adaptable: comfortable working in a small start-up team, switching between different projects, audiences, and styles.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
