Digital Content & Social Media Creator

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Digital Content & Social Media Creator to help us build engagement across our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and parent/carer community network.

What difference will you make?

Your input to our brand and marketing materials will shape how we present ourselves to our service users, stakeholders, funders, and general public. With your help, we will ensure our website and other resources truly reflect our charity’s vision and impact.

What are we looking for?

Skills And Experience

  • Experience in digital content creation, short-form video editing, or social media design.
  • Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and Microsoft 365 / SharePoint.
  • Interest in autism, neurodiversity, and inclusive communication.
  • Ability to work independently and commit to 3–5 hours per week.

What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities

Short-Form Video & Visual Content Creation

  • Produce engaging short-form video clips (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) based on guidance and material provided by our expert therapists.
  • Advise therapists on effective video formats and recording practices.
  • Design high-quality visual assets, graphics, and social media posts (using Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

Social Media & Online Community Engagement

  • Create and schedule posts across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Develop content for our dedicated online community platform to promote awareness campaigns, events, and resources.
  • Ensure all content meets accessibility guidelines and aligns with our brand values.

Email Communications

  • Design templates and draft content for parent/carer newsletters, live session invites, polls, and community updates (e.g., using Mailchimp).
