Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We Want

We are looking for someone who understands that good digital content is more than making something look attractive.

You should be able to look at a story, interview, event, report or campaign and think: How do we turn this into content people will actually stop, watch, read and engage with?

Previous experience in media, broadcasting, publishing, marketing, communications or a creative agency would be an advantage.

Formal qualifications are welcome, but your portfolio, creativity and ability to produce quality work will matter more to us.

How To Apply

Please send:

  • Your current CV;
  • A short introduction explaining why you are suitable for the role;
  • A portfolio or examples of your video editing, graphic design and social media work; and
  • Links to social media accounts, campaigns or digital projects you have previously worked on.

Send your application to: info@broadcastingandmedia.com

Applications without examples of previous creative work may not be considered.
