Help Guide Our Digital Content Transformation
We're looking for a talented Digital Content Specialist to play a key role in a major digital transformation project at Abingdon & Witney College. As we launch a new SharePoint-based staff intranet and embrace AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, you'll help create a trusted source of information for colleagues across the organisation.
This is a unique opportunity to influence how hundreds of staff access, use and manage information every day while supporting the delivery of the College's Digital Strategy.

- Lead the review, redesign and migration of content into a new SharePoint intranet.
- Create engaging, accessible and user-focused content.
- Improve information structure, searchability and user experience.
- Work with colleagues across the College to ensure content is accurate, consistent and up to date.
- Support digital-first ways of working and the effective use of AI-enabled tools.
About You
Essential:
- Experience creating and managing digital content.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience using Microsoft 365 applications.
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

- SharePoint, intranet or website content management experience.
- Internal communications experience.
- Knowledge of content strategy, information architecture or digital transformation projects.
