Company Description
TriValue is a UK-based product and software development company that helps startups and established organisations design, build, launch, and operate digital products and web platforms. We value innovation, clarity, and collaboration, and we provide strategic guidance alongside technical execution. Prospective team members can expect to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment with an emphasis on digital excellence.
Role Information
We are looking to engage a Digital Content Specialist to support the online presence of a portfolio of up to three related in-house brands. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable working across content, digital platforms and creative production. You will largely be working with existing long-form material including articles, interviews, product information, announcements and thought leadership. The goal is to identify what is useful, adapt it for different platforms, and ensure each brand is represented consistently and professionally online.
This is not primarily a role for someone to develop an organisation's thought leadership from scratch. The stronger fit is someone who can take good existing material, recognise what is worth using, and turn it into clear, engaging and well-presented digital content.
What you will be doing
- Maintain and update digital profiles across platforms such as LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Substack, relevant social channels, startup directories and other professional or industry platforms.
- Turn existing long-form content into shorter, platform-appropriate content.
- Write and edit clear, engaging and user-focused digital content.
- Create LinkedIn posts, carousels, quote cards, short-form updates and similar content.
- Adapt content for different platforms while keeping company descriptions, biographies, imagery, links and other profile information accurate and up to date.
- Schedule and publish content in line with an agreed content plan.
- Create simple, polished visual assets using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools.
- Help organise and maintain content so that it can be reused effectively across different channels and brands.
- Identify relevant directories, platforms or profile opportunities that may improve the visibility of the brands you support.
- Help maintain consistency in tone, presentation and messaging across different digital profiles.
- Work with colleagues and other stakeholders where necessary to gather information, clarify requirements and keep content moving.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we are looking for
Ideally, you will have around 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in digital communications, content marketing, digital marketing, social media, brand communications, web content or a related field. That said, we are very open to hearing from candidates with less experience if they can demonstrate strong judgement, good writing, attention to detail and relevant examples of their work.
You should be comfortable:
- Writing and editing clear, professional English for digital audiences.
- Recognising what makes content useful, engaging and appropriate for a particular platform.
- Working with LinkedIn and other professional digital platforms.
- Adapting content for different audiences, formats and channels.
- Planning, organising and maintaining content across multiple platforms.
- Using Canva or similar tools to create simple, polished visual content.
- Managing several related brands without losing consistency between them.
- Communicating clearly with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Working independently in a remote environment, managing several priorities and meeting agreed deadlines consistently.
Familiarity with web platforms and content management systems such as WordPress, or similar tools, would be useful. A working understanding of basic SEO principles would also be beneficial. Experience with platforms such as Crunchbase, Substack, startup directories or similar professional platforms would be useful, but is not essential.

Experience working in a digital product, SaaS or startup environment would be an advantage, particularly if you are comfortable working in an environment where priorities can evolve and people are expected to take ownership of their work.
A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field may be useful, but we are equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate equivalent practical experience and a strong body of relevant work.
How to apply
Please submit your CV or résumé containing a link to:
- A portfolio or examples of relevant work, where available.
- An ézihub Professional Credibility Report (optional but desirable).
Your portfolio can include examples of social media content, LinkedIn carousels, digital profiles you have managed, graphics, content repurposing, web content, brand communications or any other work you feel is relevant to the role.
Applicants who do not provide an ézihub professional credibility report will be assessed using their CV, portfolio, application information and interview performance in the same way as other candidates.
Recruitment process
Applications will remain open until the advertised closing date. However, we may close applications earlier if we receive sufficient suitable applications to identify and shortlist the number of candidates we are looking for. We therefore encourage interested candidates to apply as early as possible.
Once applications close, we will review all submissions and aim to complete shortlisting within two weeks. Applicants will then be informed whether they have been selected to move forward.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a first interview.
Candidates who progress from the first interview will be invited to a second and final interview. We expect both interview stages to be completed within the following two weeks.
