Introducing Zinc Network
For over fifteen years, Zinc Network has been helping clients navigate complex challenges at the intersection of security, technology, and behaviour change.
Working in partnership with a global network of media, communities, and influencers, we help clients understand the most complex issues, design behavioural interventions, create compelling campaigns, activate trusted grassroots networks, and evaluate impact.
That's what we do today for governments, NGOs, and private sector partners working on some of the toughest briefs: protecting children online, strengthening democratic resilience, and championing purpose-driven technologies and organisations.
We're now building Kora — our AI-powered platform that systematises this expertise into scalable technology, making interventions faster and more cost-effective whilst enabling clients and grassroots partners to design and deliver them independently.
The world is becoming increasingly complex — with accelerating technology, evolving security threats, and shifting geopolitical and economic dynamics. That's where you'll find Zinc: tackling the trickiest challenges where these forces collide and driving impact on the issues that matter most.
About The Role
We are expanding our freelance talent pool for Digital Content Strategists; specialists who can interpret campaign briefs, apply audience insights, and develop digital-first strategies that maximise reach and impact across platforms.
In this role, you will take the lead in shaping content direction: recommending formats, placements, and approaches tailored to campaign goals and audience behaviour. While strategy is the core of the role, you'll also be comfortable producing and adapting content, from social copy to short-form videos and graphics, to bring ideas to life when needed. This is an opportunity to contribute to purpose-driven campaigns of global importance, combining digital strategy, creative thinking, and hands-on production to make ideas resonate across diverse audiences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
