Digital & Content Strategy Lead - Chiswick - Up to £290/day - 5 month assignment - Hybrid
Robert Half are thrilled to be working with an exciting consumer brand in their search for a Digital & Content Strategy Lead to take ownership of the digital and content strategy across two established brands.
This is a high-impact role where strategy, creativity, data, and leadership come together. You'll be responsible for shaping how the brands show up online, from overarching content strategy and positioning through to social calendars, influencer opportunities, and the final quality of everything published.
You'll act as the editorial voice across all digital channels, ensuring content is engaging, strategically aligned, delivered to an exceptional standard, and compliant with the relevant UK regulations.

- Location: Chiswick
- Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days onsite, 3 days remote
- Contract Length: 5 months (potential for extension)

Responsibilities:
- Own the annual and quarterly digital and content strategies across both brands.
- Develop monthly, cross-channel content calendars spanning organic social and wider digital initiatives.
- Turn consumer insights, social listening, and emerging trends into clear, actionable creative briefs.
- Lead the social media and influencer teams, providing direction, coaching, and creative challenge.
- Act as the final editorial gatekeeper, ensuring content is high quality, on-brand, and delivered on time.
- Provide final compliance and governance sign-off for organic content, ensuring activity meets relevant ASA and WHO Code requirements.
- Identify opportunities to use influencer marketing to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
- Translate social and digital performance into meaningful executive-level reporting, connecting activity to brand equity and commercial outcomes.
- Keep a close eye on the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities to grow share of voice, audience, and positive sentiment.

Requirements:
- Strong experience in digital, social media, and content strategy.
- A deep understanding of social algorithms, audience behavior, and content performance.
- Experience translating data, consumer insight, and social listening into actionable strategies and briefs.
- Strong knowledge of UK digital advertising and regulatory requirements, ideally including ASA and the WHO Code.
- Experience working with or leading social media, content, and/or influencer teams.
- Excellent editorial judgment and a naturally high attention to detail.
- The confidence to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
