This is a varied role for someone who enjoys turning ideas and subject-matter expertise into content that people actually want to engage with.

You could be planning and producing a training video one day, developing graphics or digital learning content the next, and working with trainers and subject-matter experts to turn complex information into something clear, visual and easy to understand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll support content from the initial idea and planning stage right through to final delivery, choosing the right format for the learning objective rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Our Learning Management System is continuing to grow and evolve, so you’ll also play an important part in helping us build a more dynamic and scalable learning platform for our students and clients.

We don’t necessarily need you to arrive as an LMS expert. If you have strong multimedia and digital-content skills, with experience managing content or assets through platforms such as a CMS, website, YouTube or similar, we can develop the LMS side with you.

About the Team

You’ll sit within our Training function and work closely with our LMS Coordinator, trainers and subject-matter experts.

The LMS Coordinator owns the overall administration, configuration and technical development of the platform. Your focus will be on the content that sits within it – creating, developing and improving the learning experiences our customers and students interact with.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Taking digital and multimedia content from initial idea and planning through to final delivery.
  • Turning classroom and instructor-led material into engaging digital and blended-learning content.
  • Planning, recording and editing professional training videos.
  • Creating instructional videos, explainers, demonstrations and screen-recorded walkthroughs.
  • Producing graphics, diagrams, infographics, presentations and other visual assets.
  • Writing and adapting content for different learning formats and audiences.
  • Working with trainers and subject-matter experts to simplify complex or technical topics.
  • Using appropriate AI tools to support video, imagery, scripts, narration and other learning resources.
  • Creating interactive learning activities, assessments and knowledge checks.
  • Uploading and maintaining digital content within Moodle.
  • Supporting H5P, SCORM and other LMS-compatible content.
  • Testing and continually improving digital learning content.

What We Are Looking For

More than anything, we’re looking for someone who isn’t fazed by being asked to create different types of content.

You’ll be comfortable being given an objective or brief and working out the best way to bring it to life, whether that means written content, video, graphics, interactive learning or a combination of formats.

We’re open on background and level. You might already be working in digital learning, multimedia, video or content production, or you could be earlier in your career but able to demonstrate strong creative and technical capability and the potential to grow into the wider role.

What Success Looks Like

Success in the role will be someone the Training team can rely on to take a content requirement and turn it into a polished, engaging learning product.

The role should help us increase the volume and quality of digital content we can produce, alleviate pressure across the wider Training team, create a more consistent learner experience and help us continue developing the LMS as we grow.
