What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a talented Digital Creative Designer to join our Belfast team on a permanent basis.
This is a varied, hands-on creative role where no two days are the same. Working across a portfolio of exciting brands, you’ll create engaging digital content, edit video, produce campaign assets and support creative projects from concept through to delivery. You’ll be part of a collaborative creative team, working closely with designers, account handlers and clients to bring ideas to life across a range of digital channels.

What you’ll be doing
- Creating high-quality digital creative for a range of client campaigns
- Designing assets across paid social, display, web and other digital channels
- Editing short-form video content (typically 10–15 seconds)
- Adding captions, motion graphics, music and finishing touches to video assets
- Capturing engaging iPhone-native content during client shoots
- Working across multiple client accounts and live campaigns simultaneously
- Collaborating with creative, strategy and client service teams to deliver outstanding work
- Supporting campaigns from initial concepts through to final production

What we’re looking for
You’ll be a creative thinker with strong design skills and a passion for producing engaging digital content.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro
- Strong digital design skills with an eye for detail
- Video editing experience and an understanding of social-first creative
- Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects experience is advantageous)
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- The ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced agency environment
- A passion for creative communications and producing work that delivers results

Based in our modern office in Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter, you’ll join a friendly and supportive creative team working on a diverse range of exciting campaigns for leading brands.
We operate a hybrid working pattern, with office days on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. There will also be opportunities to attend client shoots across Northern Ireland and the UK.
