Description
This is a mid-level creative role within the inhouse Marketing team. You'll be working across a mix of B2B and D2C environments to develop concepts, produce the visuals and deploy them across a range of channels.
You will be supported by the Art Director, Head of Marketing and third party agencies while being given real ownership over your work, and there's plenty of scope to grow here for someone with the right attitude and ambition.
A Designer who enjoys developing brand identities, campaigns and visual communication systems will thrive in this role.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing brand identity and communications concepts from insight through to execution
- Creating engaging visual solutions and brand-consistent assets across digital, social, live event, print and campaign channels
- Collaborating with strategists, designers and internal stakeholders to bring ideas to life
- Supporting the development and evolution of creative concepts, brand identities, visual systems and campaign worlds
- Presenting ideas and design rationale to internal clients
- Contributing to campaign development and brand activation projects
- Maintaining exceptional attention to detail across all stages of delivery
- Exploring new creative approaches and design trends to elevate and improve project work
- Managing multiple live projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
- Experience within a branding, design or creative environment either inhouse or in agency
- Agility to be involved in projects of all types and timeframes from either a design conceptualisation point or simply to provide support at a campaign’s art-working stage
- Curious, self-motivated, have a collaborative approach and positive team attitude
- Able to combine strategic thinking with creative execution with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and communications work
- Strong typography, layout and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to interpret brief and work as part of a team or independently when required
- Able to manage your time across multiple live projects simultaneously
- Able to build strong relationships, work with initiative and take verbal direction
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office including Powerpoint
- Fluent in English

Desirable
- Motion design knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential (Adobe Premier Pro / Adobe After Effects)
- Experience of Midjouney and / or Adobe Firefly would be a bonus
