You don’t just use social media - you live it, breathe it, and instinctively know what stops the scroll. You’re buzzing about AI and how it’s reshaping digital content. You dream in After Effects, can whip up a carousel in your sleep, and your Adobe Creative Suite muscle memory is second to none. If that sounds like you, we want to meet.
You’ll work heavily in sports production and web, while also shaping the digital presence of an exciting roster of clients across multiple sectors.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who truly lives for social: you understand platform nuances, trends, formats and audience behaviours innately.
- Passionate about AI and digital innovation - from generative tools to intelligent editing workflows, you’re already experimenting and bringing new ideas to the table.
- Marketing experience is a plus - you know how creative serves a wider strategy and drives measurable results for #TeamPREM.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition) - you can take a brief and deliver polished, on-brand assets with speed and flair.
- A portfolio packed with scroll-stopping digital assets - video edits, motion graphics, static designs, social-first campaigns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
