Digital Creative Officer
The Primary Care Workforce Academy (PCWA) is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and digitally savvy Digital Creative Officer to join our growing Communications Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented content creator who is passionate about visual storytelling and wants to build a career in digital marketing and creative communications. Working closely with the Digital Creative Manager and Senior Communications & Marketing Lead, you will play a key role in producing engaging content that supports workforce development, learning programmes, events, campaigns and organisational communications across the Primary Care Workforce Academy.
From graphic design and video production to photography, social media content and podcast support, you'll help bring our stories to life and engage audiences across both NHS and commercial sectors.

About the Role
As Digital Creative Officer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality digital and print content that strengthens our brand presence and supports a wide range of communications and marketing activities.

You will contribute to the planning, creation and delivery of creative assets across multiple platforms, ensuring content is engaging, accessible and aligned with organisational objectives.

About You
We're looking for someone who is creative, proactive and eager to learn. You will have experience creating digital content and a genuine passion for communications, design and storytelling.
You will ideally have:
- Experience using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
- Experience creating and editing video content.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practice.
- Experience managing or updating website content, ideally using WordPress.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute new ideas.
