Role Overview
The Digital CRM Marketing Executive manages the digital email and mobile databases across the UK and Ireland (IE) markets, driving database growth and customer retention. This role is responsible for executing targeted campaigns, optimising segmentation models, and delivering commercial, brand-aligned email content to achieve key business KPIs across channels.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Channel Management:
- Build, schedule, and send weekly email and mobile campaigns across the UK and IE markets.
- Write engaging, brand-aligned copy, manage regional promotional calendars, and perform minor image edits (Photoshop/Canva) for digital channels.

Database & Segmentation Management:
- Manage database growth, lead generation, and churn reduction strategies.
- Refine customer segmentation and optimise the RFM model to deliver personalised content to targeted demographics.

Reporting & Optimisation:
- Monitor campaign performance across email and mobile against key targets (Open Rates, CTR, CTO, Revenue) vs. previous year.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and annual reports while continually auditing automated cycles for improvements.

Omnichannel & Store Support:
- Support physical retail (Maison Sisley) and Neuraé campaigns to drive cross-channel sales and traffic to our Sisley Group brand (Neuraé).

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Global CRM, E-commerce, Marketing, and local market teams to align strategies, test new initiatives, and deliver localised commercial content.

Strategy & Innovation:
- Lead new email and mobile initiatives and performance-driven strategies, leveraging industry best practices and internal resources to boost customer engagement and campaign efficiency.

- Testing & Compliance:
- Run quarterly A/B testing strategies (subject lines, copy, send times) to optimise open and click rates, while ensuring all campaigns strictly adhere to local GDPR and data privacy standards.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 12-18 months in a dedicated CRM role.
- Direct hands-on experience using Selligent (or similar enterprise ESP/marketing automation platform).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
- Hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing (Email, mobile, Push Notifications).
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Solid understanding of customer data, RFM modeling, GDPR compliance, and audience segmentation strategies.
