Your role as digital & customer analyst

You'll be a key player in our Growth team, spearheading the optimisation of our website performance and the health of our customer database. Reporting to our Chief Growth Officer, you'll manage strategic partnerships with CRO agencies and own our ecommerce testing and measurement tools, using your commercial acumen and analytical prowess to provide the insights that drive profitable growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Create, monitor, and report on ecommerce tracking, building dashboards that reveal website performance, customer behaviour, and sales trends.
  • Devise and run A/B tests with our eCommerce Manager and external agencies, optimising conversion, AOV, and the wider customer experience.
  • Turn test results into clear insights and recommendations, feeding data driven thinking into our website and frontend development roadmap.
  • Build and monitor customer cohorts to understand behaviour, lifecycle stages, and churn, and share journey and channel insights with our Performance Marketing team.
  • Partner with our CRM team on test plans that boost customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.

  • Minimum of five years' proven experience in digital analytics, customer lifecycle analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and turn them into actionable insight.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Content Square, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Hands on experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the confidence to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
