Based in East Kilbride, we work with organisations across Scotland, helping them improve efficiency, reduce costs, and make better use of technology.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with our clients. Through innovative technology solutions and expert support, we help businesses streamline processes, improve productivity, and embrace digital ways of working.

About the Role

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Digital Customer Engagement Apprentice to join our team and develop valuable skills within a commercial technology environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, communication, relationship building, and helping organisations find the right solutions to support their business objectives.

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will gain exposure to customer engagement, digital systems, lead generation activities, market research, and business development processes whilst completing your Digital Applications Support SCQF Level 6 apprenticeship.

You will play an important role in supporting the company's growth by using a range of digital platforms and business systems to identify opportunities, manage information, support customer interactions, and contribute to the overall customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, ensuring customers receive a professional and responsive experience.
  • Become a system expert in the company's key digital platforms, including the CRM system, marketing platforms, customer databases, business intelligence tools, Microsoft 365 applications, and internal reporting systems.
  • Triage incoming enquiries, leads, customer requests, and digital communications, ensuring they are prioritised and directed appropriately.
  • Use digital tools and online platforms to identify potential business opportunities and support customer engagement activities.
  • Maintain customer records, activity logs, and business information across multiple systems, carrying out data quality checks to ensure information is complete, consistent, and kept up to date.
  • Produce reports, dashboards, trackers, and insights to support business performance and decision-making.
  • Monitor shared inboxes, digital communication channels, and workflow systems to ensure activities are progressed efficiently.
  • Assist with preparing digital content, presentations, proposals, and information packs for customers.
  • Identify ways to improve processes, customer experience, and the use of digital systems, while supporting the introduction and adoption of new technologies and digital solutions across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
