Digital Customer Experience Manager

A leading UK Entertainment Provider is looking for a Digital Customer Experience Manager to help improve their loyalty platform offering. Fixed term contract opportunity to work with an iconic and market-leading brand.

Very much a household name across the UK, this role will see the successful candidate joining the UK's leading entertainment provider covering Sport, Drama, Documentary, and Film. The Role

This fixed term role will see the successful candidate joining the business's dedicated Loyalty team, working closely with agency partners and internal teams to optimise and enhance the Digital App. This will include Planning, CMS scheduling, asset-sourcing, and copywriting.
