What This Role Is All About

As a Digital Customer Success Associate, you will support self-service customers throughout their journey with Infobip’s digital products and services. You will play a key role in customer communication, ticket resolution, and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes. Working closely with Customer Success, Sales, and other internal teams, you will help drive customer engagement while contributing to lead generation and conversion activities.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage communication with customers and support them in achieving success with Infobip’s digital products and services
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within a specific customer segment
  • Analyze customer interactions and usage data to identify potential leads and support lead qualification activities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Contribute to improving processes and customer experience initiatives together with cross-functional teams
  • Support customers with technical-related topics and guide them through product-related challenges

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, customer success, technical support, or sales
  • Comfortable communicating directly with customers in a professional business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Understanding of upselling and cross-selling concepts in customer interactions
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Comfortable handling technical topics or supporting customers with technical-related questions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving
