Job Title: European Data Analyst (Digital & Web Focus)
Location: Chertsey, Surrey (Hybrid – 3 days in the office per week)
Contract Duration: Contract until 31st Dec 2026 (with a strong likelihood of extension)
About the Role:
We are partnering with a global technology leader to find a commercially minded Data Analyst to join their European Customer Support organization. In this fast-paced role, you will analyze data from various online channels and digital campaigns, translating complex datasets into actionable insights to optimize digital content across 34 European countries.
This is not a traditional heavy data-engineering role; it is highly focused on digital/web analytics, data storytelling, and strategic marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Monitoring: Track core digital metrics including web/app traffic, content engagement, social listening, and sales conversions.
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform drill-down analysis to identify why targets are missed or metrics decline, and propose actionable solutions.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain interactive visual reports for local and regional stakeholders.
- Data Storytelling: Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership, clearly explaining the "story behind the numbers" to non-technical audiences.

What We Are Looking For:
- Core Analytics: Strong proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Search/SEO Data: Solid experience using Google Search Console.
- Data Manipulation: Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data hygiene).
- Communication: Excellent English skills with the ability to confidently present findings and build narratives around data.
- Bonus: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI/GEO search tracking platforms is a distinct advantage.
