About The Role
Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Delivery Engineer to join our growing team in Middlesbrough (A66 project)
As a Digital Delivery Engineer you will be part of the digital transformation team, the digital delivery engineer will help support and facilitate the successful embedment of digital tools and processes across our schemes in Highways.
You will work with the wider Digital team to become a subject Matter expert in digital tools and processes. You will develop strong relationships at the project level with stakeholders and users develop a key understanding of digital transformation and delivery.
What you'll be doing
- Capture, document, and feedback lessons learned on the success and failure of digital tools, process and their implementations.
- Capture additional requirements and feedback to team.
- Receive products into service and ensure their successful roll out across multiple schemes.
- Help lead Digital implementation of products and processes on projects across the UK.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with a range of project stakeholders.
- Ensure appropriate SME representation in Digital initiatives.
- Planning in relation to roll out of digital tools onto schemes.
- Ensure best practices and processes are followed with regards to Digital.
- Drive the adoption of established digital minimum expectations into to all local projects.
- Own the deployment of digital tools onto each new local project.
- Track and report on adoption of digital tools.
- Develop processes; implement a digital culture with the use of Digital Technology across the Customers, Regions, sectors, and Frameworks which aligned with Balfour Beatty Built to Last and build a Digital Balfour Beatty.

Who we're looking for
The Following Qualities/experience Are Essential
- Recognised construction industry experience.
- Experience of using digital tools and processes.
- Can Lead the use of Digital Software applications and train others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to deliver in a collaborative manner.
- Work under time pressure.
- Proficiency in IT and digital tools.
- Create effective relationships with the project team, supply chain partners.
- Ability to multitask.
The Following Qualities/experience Are Preferred
- Understanding of Design, Construction, Asset Management Stages in the Digital lifecycle.
