Do you come from a solid Digital Project Management/Digital Delivery background, working agency side?
Do you understand how UX, design and development teams work together and enjoy creating the structure and visibility that enables teams to deliver at their best?
We’re partnering with a successful, growing independent B2B agency looking for a Digital Delivery Manager to take ownership of the operational delivery of Digital across the agency.
Sitting across Client Services, Creative, UX and Development, you’ll provide the visibility, structure and oversight needed for digital teams to operate effectively - ensuring work is properly planned, resourced and prioritised, risks and dependencies are understood, and projects are delivered efficiently and commercially.
Here you’ll have oversight across the full digital portfolio, while also directly leading or supporting complex digital projects where needed, but ultimately, you’ll own how digital work moves through the agency - giving teams the visibility, structure and support they need to deliver successfully.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
