Experienced Digital Delivery Manager Wanted
We're looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to join a major Financial Services organisation on an exciting 12–18 month contract, supporting a large-scale digital transformation programme.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Financial Services, with proven experience delivering change across lending and/or mortgages. Experience working within regulated environments and delivering complex technology and business change is essential.
Responsibilities
- Supporting a cross-functional agile delivery team responsible for delivering change across credit, lending or financial crime services.
- Working closely with Product Owners and Technical Leads.
- Helping drive successful delivery by embedding agile principles, removing delivery impediments, managing dependencies, and ensuring the team has the tools, support, and focus needed to achieve its outcomes.

Key Tasks
- Ensuring transparency across delivery.
- Managing financials, capacity planning, progress tracking, and governance.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering complex projects involving system integration, data migration, and live service environments.
- Experience working across Agile methodologies.
- Confident in using tools such as Jira/Atlassian.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience within credit, lending, mortgages, or financial crime is highly desirable.
- A growth mindset and a passion for delivering business outcomes.
