Digital Design Director – Corporate Communications

Up to £75,000

London – Hybrid

We are working with an award-winning creative communications agency specialising in brand, digital, sustainability strategy and corporate reporting. They work with ambitious and well renowned clients across a range of sectors, helping them solve complex communication challenges through insight, strategy and powerful creative ideas. The agency has built a strong reputation for combining deep corporate knowledge with exceptional creative output, producing engaging digital experiences, sustainability communications and reporting that help organisations communicate their purpose and create long-term value.

The agency is looking for a talented Digital Design Director to lead the creative direction of high-profile digital projects and help shape the future of their digital offering. This is a role for someone who is incredibly passionate about brilliant conceptual ideas and design craft. They’re looking for a Digital Design Director who can work with internal UX and IA specialists as well as with clients to develop strong creative routes and translate them into beautifully designed, engaging digital experiences.

  • You'll be responsible for leading the creative process from initial idea generation through to final delivery, ensuring design work is strategically underpinned, born out of great ideas and executed to an exceptional standard.
  • The successful candidate will be someone who understands that great digital design is about more than just functionality; it's about creating clear, compelling and memorable experiences through thoughtful design, storytelling and attention to detail.
  • You'll work closely with strategists, UX specialists and developers to create websites and digital platforms that are both visually impactful and technically considered.
  • You'll need to be equally comfortable developing the big idea behind a project, refining the visual approach and presenting creative concepts to senior stakeholders, confidently explaining the thinking and rationale behind your work.
  • The successful Digital Design Director will have a strong portfolio of corporate digital projects, demonstrating experience designing websites, platforms and digital experiences that make complex information clear, engaging and easy to navigate.
  • You'll need to bring a high level of conceptual thinking alongside exceptional design craft. Someone who notices the details, cares deeply about quality and consistently pushes work to the highest possible standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
