THE ROLE

The Digital Design Manager manages the output of content across all digital channels, ensuring all design collateral is delivered to a high standard, on time and adhering to best practice and AllSaints brand guidelines.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Working within the Digital department, the Digital Design Manager reports into the Head of Digital Content with two digital designer reports. Working closely with our digital content managers and copywriters, you will also work closely with other digital channels including our website, CRM and performance marketing teams.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Leading the output from the digital design team, you will manage the design, execution and delivery of content across all digital channels, most notably website, email and performance marketing
  • Overseeing all briefs that are submitted to the digital design team, you will manage workload across a team of designers, delegating briefs and agreeing creative routes that best adhere to commercial performance and brand guidelines
  • You will work closely with the Senior Digital Content Manager on the product storytelling within all digital content, ensuring all designs turn the dial creatively, are commercially viable and stay within our brand guidelines
  • The Digital Design Manager will own the approval process, ensuring all assets answer the brief both creatively and commercially, to a high standard and are delivered on time to relevant channel owners
  • You will work together with the Head of Digital Content on ensuring all content follows our brand guidelines and alongside the brand creative team on the execution of all branding across digital channels
  • Responsible for workflow and joblist within the digital design team - delegating briefs to designers and ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high creative standard
  • Oversee the execution of all creative routes, ensuring all content is on brand and commercially sound
  • Ownership of the approval process, ensuring all content is completed to a high standard and is delivered on time to channel owners
  • Delivering our brand identity across all digital channels, executing engaging design and content across website, email, paid social and all digital touchpoints
  • Working closely with teams including website production and CRM on the build, testing and delivery of content, ensuring all content follows approved designs

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

  • Extensive experience of design in digital content, including email, paid social and website layouts, with a wealth of creative ideas to boost engagement through creative
  • A design portfolio highlighting digital design principles and best practice
  • Experience of leading a digital design team in fashion retail is a must
  • Exceptional knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Extensive experience working with digital design programs, including Figma and Zeplin
  • Advanced animation skills and experience using After Effects and similar programmes
  • Strong, tangible experience of designing for the web - mobile first and on a responsive website
  • An exceptional eye for detail
  • An excellent understanding of trends in fashion, graphics and digital design
  • A positive, can do attitude
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Reliable and trustworthy and always willing to give 110% in any task

ABOUT THE LOCATION

Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty. Studio Location.

Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
