Job Title: Digital Design Manager
(This is a traditional role of an Art Director)
Reporting to: Head of Digital
We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Design Manager to join our team. This new business-critical role will be responsible for leading, curating and creating luxury content across all digital touchpoints. The Digital Design Manager will be a creative voice across campaigns, shoots, content and motion, owning art direction and hands-on execution while ensuring every output reflects the brand’s genuine heritage, craftsmanship and loyal following. This opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with leading voices across fashion and the arts, bringing cultural relevance, creative excellence and fresh perspective into the brand’s digital storytelling.
This is a full time, permanent position working 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday. This role will report into the Head of Digital with close proximity to either Elgin or London. Travel is required to the Elgin HQ one week per month alongside other business requirements.
We offer a competitive salary, reflecting the successful candidate’s skills, experience and suitability for the role.
About the Role
Working closely with Digital, Brand Marketing, Design and external partners, the Digital Design Manager will translate brand and commercial strategy into elevated, platform-appropriate digital content that is engaging, beautifully crafted and connected by a clear brand red thread. This person must be both a strategic curator and a practical doer: someone with the taste, initiative and operational confidence to get going without always needing a brief, hold the creative standard and produce the work as the brand scales.
The successful candidate will bring a luxury eye for the smallest details, understanding how product, texture, styling, colour, craft and composition come together to create content that feels elevated, distinctive and unmistakably the brand.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the art direction, layout and visual storytelling for all digital touchpoints and core commercial experiences.
- Oversee and actively produce digital content within the 360 calendar and social content planner, ensuring all outputs resonate with the audience, align with brand messaging and support seasonal, campaign and commercial priorities.
- Translate brand strategy and creative concepts into clear visual frameworks, design and executional guidance.
- Ensure in the day to day that all outputs meet brand standards for typography, layout, imagery, hierarchy and overall craft.
- Create, adapt and optimise digital assets hands-on across Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant content tools, ensuring the design can move quickly from idea to execution.
- Review content throughout the design process, guiding iterations and ensuring consistency across all digital platforms, regions and channels.
- Liaise and collaborate with external agencies creating our Brand led campaigns ensuring roll out of content is in line with the intended purpose.
- Drive and support the digital team in executing regional strategies across international markets and social platforms.
- Lead, develop and implement a tone of voice framework to ensure our content across communications channels and in all consumer facing spaces is brand aligned and meaningful.
- Stay closely attuned to global trends, cultural shifts and the arts, bringing fresh, relevant and elevated ideas into the brand’s digital content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
