About Odd Muse

Odd Muse is a London-based luxury womenswear brand redefining modern dressing through timeless, tailored pieces designed for the everyday wardrobe.
Since launching in 2020, we have built a global community of customers and grown rapidly through a combination of product, brand and digital excellence.
As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Digital Designer to join our Ecommerce team and support the delivery of high-quality creative across our digital, marketing and retail touchpoints.
This is a hands-on role for someone with an exceptional eye for detail, strong Adobe skills and a passion for creating beautifully executed, consistent brand experiences.

The Role

As Digital Designer, you will support the day-to-day creative needs of Odd Muse, working closely with Ecommerce and the wider Marketing, CRM, Social teams.
A key part of the role will be the production and preparation of imagery - from retouching and recolouring through to image expansion and asset adaptations - ensuring content is ready for use across the business.
Alongside this, you will support the creation of digital and physical brand assets, from website banners and campaign graphics to lookbooks, POS and retail collateral.
You will also take ownership of the organisation and upkeep of our creative content library, helping establish a streamlined and consistent approach to how assets are prepared, named and managed.

Key Responsibilities

Image Retouching & Production

  • Retouch and prepare campaign and ecommerce imagery to a consistently high standard.
  • Recolour imagery and products accurately across different colourways.
  • Expand, crop and adapt imagery for different formats and placements.
  • Prepare and optimise assets for web, email, social, paid media and retail.
  • Ensure imagery remains consistent with Odd Muse's visual identity across every channel.
  • Own the creation and ongoing management of ghost imagery across the Odd Muse product catalogue, ensuring a consistent and premium standard.
  • Support with creative adaptations required for launches, campaigns and trading activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
