2-3 days per week in office (High Wycombe)
Under the umbrella of Sabre Retail Fashion Limited (which owns Mint Velvet), we are launching a new fashion brand and are looking for a creative, highly visual, and detail-oriented Digital Designer to help bring our brand to life across digital touchpoints.
As we launch, we are building a small, highly capable team of multi-skilled individuals who are excited to shape a brand from the ground up. This is a hands-on creative role with a strong focus on graphic design, digital content creation, and brand execution. You will play a key role in defining how the brand looks and feels online, creating compelling digital assets that engage customers and elevate the customer experience, supporting across both the new brand and Mint Velvet output.
Working closely with the wider marketing, social, and e-commerce teams, you will be responsible for producing high-quality creative assets that maintain brand consistency, support campaigns, and help drive commercial performance.
The Role
Digital Design & Creative Production
- Create engaging digital assets across multiple channels, including website, email, social media, and paid advertising.
- Design homepage banners, campaign assets, category graphics, landing pages, and editorial content.
- Support the creation of assets for organic social content and paid social campaigns.
- Ensure all creative output is aligned with the brand identity and maintains a premium, consistent aesthetic.
- Contribute ideas and creative concepts that enhance brand storytelling and customer engagement.
- Work alongside the wider marketing team to bring seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key trading moments to life.

Brand & Visual Experience
- Help shape and evolve the visual identity of a new fashion brand from launch onwards.
- Ensure a consistent customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Maintain high standards of design, typography, imagery selection, and visual presentation.
- Stay up to date with design trends, fashion brands, and digital creative best practice.
Website Content Support
- Support the maintenance of website content through Shopify, updating creative assets and campaign content as required.
- Ensure website imagery and content remain accurate, visually engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist with the setup and execution of new campaigns, collections, and seasonal launches.

What You'll Have
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a graphic design or digital design role, ideally within fashion, retail, or a consumer brand.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital creative work across websites, social media, email, and marketing campaigns.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Excellent understanding of layout, typography, colour, imagery, and brand consistency.
- Strong creative instinct with the confidence to contribute new ideas and concepts.
- An appreciation for fashion, visual storytelling, and premium brand presentation.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how strong creative supports customer engagement and sales performance.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across different functions and respond positively to feedback.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and eagerness to contribute in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work to an exceptional standard.

Nice to Have
- Experience using Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Experience designing paid social, CRM/email, or performance marketing assets.
- Understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition channels.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce and online retail environments.
