Job Description

Creative Designer – Enterprise

Your Role: Creative Designer – Enterprise (Competitions)

You will create high-quality, commercially effective digital and campaign creative that powers Enterprise activity across Global Win, Cash Call and wider consumer partnership campaigns. You’ll bring winning moments to life across channels, acting as a brand guardian and ensuring every asset is designed to drive response and support campaign performance.

As a Creative Designer – Enterprise at Global, you will:

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign design and production (40%)
    Design and deliver creative from brief to final execution, producing engaging, on-brand assets that support campaign performance and audience response.

  • Brand guardianship (25%)
    Act as brand guardian for Global Win, Cash Call and related Enterprise activity, ensuring all creative is consistent, accurate and adheres to brand and legal guidelines.

  • Multi-channel asset delivery (20%)
    Create high-quality assets across CRM, social, digital display, web and outdoor, optimising creative for each format and platform.

  • Collaboration and stakeholder management (15%)
    Work closely with marketing, commercial, product and partnerships teams, managing feedback and timelines so creative output meets objectives and deadlines.

In your first few months, you’ll have:

  • Delivered creative for multiple Enterprise campaigns across Global Win, Cash Call and other consumer partnerships.
  • Embedded yourself in Global’s brand guidelines and campaign frameworks, ensuring consistent, high-quality design.
  • Built strong working relationships with key stakeholders in marketing, commercial, product and partnerships.
  • Proven you can manage multiple briefs and deadlines, with work delivered on time and to a high standard.

What You’ll Need

  • Design expertise: Proven experience in a design role, with a portfolio showing high-quality, commercially effective creative.
  • Technical skills: Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop; experience with video editing, motion content or HTML design is a bonus.
  • Attention to detail: A meticulous approach to layout, typography and brand consistency across every asset and format.
  • Planning and organisation: The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively and deliver to agreed timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration and communication: Confident working with a range of stakeholders, responding constructively to feedback and aligning creative to campaign objectives.
  • Marketing mindset: An understanding of how design supports performance, particularly across digital and social channels, and a proactive, flexible approach to testing and iteration.
