Digital Designer
Salary: £250 - £250/day
Are you ready to hit the ground running and create scroll-stopping creative for high-performing direct-to-consumer campaigns?
Profiles Creative is looking for a talented Digital Designer to step into a fast-paced environment on an initial full-time, 1-month contract. Based out of Leeds with a hybrid work setup, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to concept, design, and deliver impactful digital collateral that elevates customer engagement across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-converting digital design assets across paid social, CRM campaigns, email marketing, and ecommerce platforms.
- Build, maintain, and utilise component libraries and interactive prototypes within Figma to ensure design consistency and speed to market.
- Create eye-catching static and motion-ready artwork using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects).
- Incorporate modern AI design workflow tools into your daily processes to accelerate asset creation and explore fresh creative concepts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the DTC marketing team to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and day-to-day creative requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in digital marketing design, specifically focusing on paid social ads, email templates, CRM assets, and ecommerce experiences.
- Advanced, expert-level Figma skills, including component architecture, responsive design, and rapid prototyping.
- High proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
- Demonstrable practical experience integrating generative AI tools (such as Midjourney or Adobe Firefly) directly into your digital design workflows.
- Strong digital portfolio showcasing clean aesthetics, strong typography, and commercial design execution.
- Available for an immediate start on a full-time contract basis in the UK (please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role).

Nice-to-Have
- Previous design experience within consumer brands, particularly FMCG, beauty, consumer electronics, or retail sectors.
- Hands-on familiarity with direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing strategies and fast-turnaround creative testing.
