MIDWEIGHT DESIGNER - HIGH-GROWTH GLOBAL CONSUMER BRAND

A brilliant opportunity for a digitally minded Midweight Designer to join a fast-growing, commercially ambitious consumer business at an exciting point in its evolution. You’ll sit within a collaborative creative environment, working across campaigns, digital marketing, ecommerce, social and wider brand communications, with motion and animation playing a significant part in the role.

This is a broad, hands-on design position for someone with a strong visual eye who enjoys taking an idea from initial concept through to execution across multiple channels. You’ll have genuine creative ownership, work closely with marketing and wider creative teams, and have the opportunity to help shape how the brand shows up as the business continues to scale.

What they need -

  • Someone with 3–5 years’ commercial design experience and a portfolio that demonstrates strong digital-first creative across campaigns, paid media, social, ecommerce, CRM and wider brand communications. Experience within a fast-paced in-house environment is particularly desirable
  • A designer with strong motion and animation capability, who can confidently take static creative concepts and bring them to life across digital channels (particularly for social, performance marketing and campaign content)
  • Someone with strong creative judgement and contemporary visual taste, able to develop distinctive, commercially effective work while understanding how individual assets fit into a broader campaign, customer journey and brand experience
  • A designer who is equally comfortable collaborating and taking ownership, able to take creative direction, contribute ideas, manage projects independently and proactively find solutions in an entrepreneurial environment where priorities can move quickly
  • Someone commercially curious and digitally minded, who wants to understand the wider business behind the brief, is interested in emerging creative technology and AI, and looks for smarter ways to increase creative output without compromising quality

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
