Digital Design Specialist (Short-Term Contract)

Opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading salon groups in a fast-paced contract role, supporting the marketing team with the delivery of high-quality digital design, CRM and website assets during a period of planned cover.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on creative delivery across multiple marketing channels. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will take ownership of a busy design backlog, create engaging CRM communications and build high-performing landing pages that support customer engagement and commercial objectives.

Location: Tolworth, Surrey – 5 days on-site

Immediate start | 2-week rolling contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver digital and print marketing assets in line with brand guidelines.
  • Create artwork for digital screens, promotional campaigns, point-of-sale materials, retail graphics and event collateral.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative output and marketing materials.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of artwork files for external suppliers and production partners.
  • Design and build engaging, mobile-optimised email campaigns within Voyado.
  • Set up, test and deploy automated CRM journeys and customer workflows.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure CRM assets function seamlessly across devices and platforms.
  • Design and build landing pages, campaign hubs and promotional content within WordPress.
  • Update and maintain existing website content and page layouts.
  • Embed forms, lead generation tools and booking functionality within WordPress pages.
  • Ensure all website content is optimised for user experience, mobile responsiveness and conversion.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong graphic design experience with advanced Adobe Creative Suite and Canva skills.
  • Hands-on experience building and editing pages within WordPress.
  • Experience designing and building CRM emails and automated customer journeys.
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Voyado, Klaviyo, Salesforce or Ometria.
  • Experience creating both digital and print marketing assets.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to brand consistency.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience within retail, beauty, fashion, lifestyle or agency environments is highly desirable.
