About us

Navigator is a specialist growth consultancy working with luxury hospitality, travel and lifestyle brands. We help clients define the stories that matter, build strategies around them and create the systems needed to drive long-term growth. As AI transforms the marketing industry, Navigator is evolving from a traditional agency into a human-led, AI-enabled growth partner. We believe the future lies not in producing more content, but in helping brands make better decisions, tell better stories and grow more effectively.

About the role

We are looking for a talented Digital Designer to join Navigator's creative team.

This role is ideal for a designer with around 2–3 years' experience who has developed strong digital design skills and is ready to take greater ownership of their work.

You will work across digital content, social, video, campaigns, websites and brand experiences, supporting the wider creative team and taking responsibility for projects from brief through to delivery.

A key part of the role will be video editing and content creation, so you should be confident working in Adobe Premiere Pro and enjoy turning footage, imagery, typography and sound into polished digital content.

Alongside video and content, you'll have opportunities to work on broader digital, campaign and brand projects and develop your creative thinking and capabilities.

We're looking for someone who cares about the thinking behind the work as much as the execution: someone curious about the brand, audience and objective, and who wants to understand why they're designing something rather than simply what needs to be produced.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
