Role Description
The Digital Designer & Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in London. In this role, the team member will design and refine digital assets, including web layouts, graphics, and brand visuals for client projects. Daily responsibilities include:

- Creating and iterating on design concepts
- Editing and optimizing visual content for different digital platforms
- Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives

The role involves close collaboration with strategists, developers, and other creatives, contributing to brainstorming sessions, presenting design decisions, and incorporating feedback into polished deliverables. The Digital Designer & Editor will also support quality control across digital touchpoints, ensuring all designs meet usability, accessibility, and performance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Design and Web Design, with experience creating responsive and user-centered interfaces.
- Solid Graphic Design and Graphics skills, including proficiency in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Branding skills, with the ability to translate brand strategy into cohesive visual identities and design systems.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch or similar) and basic prototyping workflows.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling abilities, and an understanding of usability and accessibility best practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and integrate feedback constructively.
- Relevant experience in digital agencies, studios, or in-house design teams is beneficial; a portfolio showcasing digital and brand work is required.
- A degree or equivalent training in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
