We're building a creative marketing team that leads, not just delivers.

Ever wanted your design work to actually move the needle for a brand, and not just look good in a portfolio?

At Kubix, you'll be designing for some of the UK's fastest-growing eCommerce brands. Working across email, paid social, web banners and full campaign rollouts, you'll be turning strategy into impactful design, helping businesses grow in the ever-changing eCommerce space.

You'll work closely with our in-house creative, strategy and copy teams, taking a brief from concept through to a finished, on-brand asset with real ownership over how the idea gets executed, not just the polish at the end.

You'll be designing against clear direction and well-defined briefs, with a proper creative lead in your corner. If you want your work judged on craft as well as results, and you're the kind of designer who asks "why" before "how," then this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Campaign Design: Design across email, paid social, web banners and full campaign rollouts for some of the UK's fastest-growing eCommerce brands.
  • Strategy to Asset: Turn strategy into impactful, on-brand design that helps eCommerce businesses grow.
  • Concept Ownership: Take a brief from concept through to a finished asset, with real ownership over how the idea gets executed.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house creative, strategy and copy teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Direction & Craft: Design against clear direction and well-defined briefs from a dedicated Creative Director, in a team where craft is valued as much as results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Salary Expectations

We appreciate that showing a salary indication is helpful for you to know whether it works with your personal circumstances, and it can be extremely frustrating to keep something so important so vague. But honestly? We’re in a position to consider a wide variety of experiences and salary levels for this role, so we’d rather discuss your experience and skills than try to set a salary bracket.

If you’re the best person for the role, then we’ll offer a salary that works.
