Are you a skilled graphic designer creating ads for social media and programmatic display?

Do you enjoy using creative automation and AI tools? Do you want to work in a passionate creative team who love what they do?

We're entering an exciting new chapter, and now is your chance to join! We launched s360 studio in 2025 and already we’re looking to expand our London studio team to keep up with the exciting growth we’re experiencing, while collaborating with names like Wrangler, New Era, Joe & The Juice, LEGO House and Nuxe.

Scale visual performance for leading brands

As our Digital Designer, you will design static and motion ads that generate clicks and conversions for clients, and then turn these ads into multiple variations by using creative automation tools.

You can look forward to:

  • Manage Client Relations: You will communicate directly with clients, present design directions, and act as a trusted sparring partner to align creative execution with their commercial goals.
  • Design Performance Ads: You will design static and motion ads that drive clicks and conversions for leading brands and retailers. Typically you will build Paid Social Ads, and Programmatic or Display Ads.
  • Master Automation & Ad Templates: You will become an expert in tools such as Smartly.io and Celtra which allow you to run a single ad as multiple variations.
  • Manage Feeds & Dynamic Product Ads: You will work hands-on with shopping and product feeds, such as Shoptimised, which allow you to create ad variations for different products, audiences, markets, seasonal messages and promotions.
  • Build a Scalable Content Pipeline: You will use your passion for AI and Automation Tools to pioneer s360’s launch of autonomous creative systems which deliver a high volume of new ad variations. Our goal is to make creating 100s of ads variations more efficient.

Join our Studio team

You’ll be working side by side with 5 creatives in the UK team. We love what we do, seeing every day as a chance to improve and evolve. Doing all this without taking ourselves too seriously along the way, ensuring we’re working hard but having fun along the way. This includes surprise & delights, monthly team activities, charity events, celebrations and an annual ‘s360 UK Weekender’ for hitting team goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
