Digital Designer

Reporting To: Graphics Lead

Summary

ALIGNE is looking for an experienced Digital Designer to join our growing Graphics team. We’re looking for a talented, hands-on designer with strong digital design skills and an interest in motion, animation, and UX/UI, who is excited to work across a fast-paced, digital-first fashion brand.

You’ll work across web, email, organic and paid social, bringing campaigns, product stories, and brand messages to life through engaging digital creative. As part of a small and collaborative design team, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of projects and play a hands-on role in how ALIGNE shows up across digital and wider brand touchpoints.

You’ll work closely with the Graphic Design Lead and wider team, taking ownership of your own projects while also being happy to roll up your sleeves and support wherever needed. This is a varied role in a growing brand, so no two days will look the same — from developing campaign creative and motion assets to picking up smaller design tasks and supporting more junior members of the team.

The Role & Responsibilities

  • Create digital-first creative, with animation and motion at the heart of the role, bringing campaigns, product stories, and brand messages to life across paid, social, CRM, and e-commerce.
  • Design and animate content with the confidence to take ideas from static concepts into engaging motion assets for different digital channels and formats.
  • Work confidently in Figma to develop digital creative, campaign assets, and scalable design systems and templates.
  • Think beyond individual assets, understanding how a creative idea can translate into a cohesive 360° campaign across different customer touchpoints.
  • Bring a strong visual eye and contemporary taste level, balancing creative ambition with commercial objectives and understanding what makes creative work for a consumer brand.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external creative partners, while being confident owning projects independently from brief through to delivery.
  • Help develop and evolve the brand’s visual identity across digital and wider brand touchpoints.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and strive for new ideas and have the confidence to bring these to life.
  • Have an interest in and understanding of physical brand touchpoints, such as packaging, retail, and visual merchandising. Hands-on experience in these areas is a plus, but not essential.
  • Create presentations, decks, and other brand materials when required.
  • Organise and manage creative assets and contribute to improving creative processes and workflows.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines, adapting confidently to changing business priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • A strong grasp of digital design, motion, typography, layout, and visual storytelling, with a contemporary taste level and a sense of what makes creative feel relevant, premium, and distinctive.
