Digital Designers (Midweight & Senior UX/UI)
We're looking for talented Digital Designers to join a growing creative agency team in Derbyshire. Whether you're an ambitious Midweight Designer ready for the next step or an experienced Senior Designer looking to progress towards Design Director level, we'd love to hear from you.
Working across a range of digital projects, you'll help create engaging user experiences and intuitive user interfaces for websites, eCommerce platforms, and digital products.
The Role
You'll be involved throughout the design process, from discovery, user journeys, and wireframes through to high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, and client presentations.
We're looking for designers with a strong balance of both UX and UI design, rather than candidates who specialise heavily in one area.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
