Role Overview
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Package: £50,000 per annum, plus benefits including profit share, pension, private healthcare, and more
Industry: Energy / Utilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborate directly with business teams to understand their workflows and capture requirements using AI transcription tools.
- Design and map current processes, then reimagine them with smarter, faster solutions.
- Develop and deploy apps, automations, and integrations across Microsoft and other platforms, using AI-powered coding tools.
- Work hand-in-hand with users to iterate quickly and ensure solutions truly meet their needs.
- Maintain project documentation and manage code via GitHub, ensuring smooth delivery and continuous improvement.

Main Skills Needed:
- Proven experience coding in modern languages like Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Confident in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot daily.
- Good understanding of SQL, data handling, and version control (Git & GitHub).
- Comfortable working with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Curious, proactive, with excellent communication skills to interact across teams.
