Fragrance Du Bois is looking for a commercially minded and digitally driven Digital & E-Commerce Manager to join our Global Marketing team in London.

This role will take ownership of our global digital and e-commerce ecosystem, with responsibility for e-commerce, website management, CRM, paid media, CRO and digital growth.

Working closely with the Global Marketing Director, you will play a key role in growing our global digital business while ensuring every online touchpoint reflects the positioning and experience of a luxury fragrance house.

The Role

E-Commerce & Website

  • Manage and continuously optimise the Fragrance Du Bois Shopify website.
  • Manage product launches, landing pages, collections, merchandising and website content.
  • Be comfortable making day-to-day Shopify updates and front-end website changes, with an understanding of Liquid, HTML and CSS.
  • Work with external developers and partners on larger technical projects and integrations.
  • Ensure the website delivers a seamless and elevated luxury customer experience.

CRO & Digital Customer Journey

  • Own and develop our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategy.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and identify opportunities to improve conversion and the overall online journey.
  • Develop A/B testing and website optimisation initiatives.
  • Monitor key metrics including conversion rate, AOV, cart abandonment and checkout performance.
  • Optimise landing pages and PDPs to improve both storytelling and commercial performance.

CRM & Customer Retention

  • Manage the global CRM strategy and platform.
  • Develop email and customer lifecycle programmes across acquisition, conversion, retention and re-engagement.
  • Manage customer segmentation and automated CRM journeys.
  • Support NPD launches, seasonal campaigns and key commercial moments through CRM.
  • Monitor CRM performance and identify opportunities to increase retention, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.

Paid Media & Acquisition

  • Manage our digital acquisition strategy across Meta and Google.
  • Work with agencies and partners to drive performance and ensure activity aligns with the wider global marketing strategy.
  • Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CAC and CPA.
  • Ensure paid media, creative, landing pages and e-commerce work together as one connected customer journey.

Digital Growth & Performance

  • Identify new opportunities to grow traffic, conversion, retention and online revenue.
  • Manage and optimise relevant Google programmes, including Search and Shopping.
  • Use GA4, Shopify Analytics and platform data to understand performance and identify opportunities.
  • Own digital and e-commerce reporting and translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital platforms, technologies and growth opportunities relevant to the luxury consumer.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is commercial, digitally savvy, analytical and proactive, with a strong understanding of both brand and performance.

You will ideally have:

  • Strong experience within digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience managing a Shopify website.
  • The ability to make day-to-day Shopify and front-end website updates.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms.
  • Good understanding of CRO, UX and e-commerce customer journeys.
  • Strong understanding of Meta and Google advertising.
  • Experience using GA4, Shopify Analytics and digital performance data.
  • Strong understanding of key e-commerce metrics including ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV and conversion rate.
  • Experience managing agencies, developers and external digital partners.
  • A commercial mindset and genuine interest in identifying new digital growth opportunities.
  • Experience within luxury, beauty, fragrance or fashion would be highly advantageous.
