Role Description
The Digital & E-Commerce Manager internship is a hybrid role based in Alfreton, with some work from home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and updating e-commerce platforms and digital product listings, monitoring online sales performance, and assisting with digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversion. The intern will help optimize website content, support online customer interactions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory, pricing, and product information. The role also involves analyzing digital metrics, preparing performance reports, and contributing ideas to improve user experience and online sales growth.

- Strong Business Negotiation and Sales skills to support pricing discussions, promotions, and commercial decisions in the digital channel.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret e-commerce data, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Interest or experience in digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and online merchandising.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with common digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, analytics dashboards, content management systems).
- Relevant education or training in business, marketing, digital media, or a related field is beneficial.
