Are you a commercially driven ecommerce expert, with a passion for beauty and digital growth?
Can you optimise DTC, marketplace and pure-player channels to boost conversion, acquisition and revenue?
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day trading performance across DTC, marketplace and pure-player ecommerce channels
- Plan and deliver the annual digital trading calendar, including launches, promotions, GWPs and seasonal campaigns
- Manage onsite merchandising, search optimisation and customer journey improvements
- Lead CRM strategy, segmentation, campaign performance and customer retention activity
- Work with supply chain, planning, marketing and central teams to support stock availability, forecasting and digital execution
- Track KPIs, analyse performance and present insights to support continuous growth

Candidate Requirements
- Solid experience in ecommerce trading, digital commerce or marketplace management within beauty, FMCG or a fast-paced consumer brand
- Proven ability to manage DTC websites, marketplace platforms and pure-player accounts
- Strong understanding of digital merchandising, CRM, SEO, GEO, CRO, onsite optimisation and performance reporting
- Highly organised and analytical, with strong communication skills and confidence managing cross-functional stakeholders
