Digital Production Coordinator
We're looking for a Digital Production Coordinator to join our Digital Production team and take ownership of custom email campaigns from setup to send. Working directly with HTML and CSS, you’ll adjust templates, rigorously test across devices and inboxes, and collaborate with sponsors and internal teams to turn ideas into clear, functional emails and web content. Reporting to the Head of Digital Production, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-precision commercial and editorial campaigns for an award-winning digital media company.
What you'll be doing:
- Building, testing, and implementing responsive, custom HTML emails for internal and commercial campaigns.
- Managing full email campaign workflows - from receiving HTML content to testing, versioning, scheduling, and deployment.
- Working directly with clients during testing phases, ensuring edits and feedback are incorporated efficiently.
- Generating post-campaign reports and providing insights and analysis on performance.
- Creating and maintaining microsites using platforms such as WordPress.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Project Management, and wider Digital Production teams to deliver campaigns smoothly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
